Do some flights never have Business Class Saver Awards?

Hey All. Fairly straight forward question I think. We're looking at flying to Naples next year and United has seasonal direct flights from Newark to Naples. From Spring through late October. UA964. From what I can tell, there is never a Business Class Saver award available on that flight. Not one. One way is always 180K. Does that happen for other flights too? Is that because it is seasonal? submitted by <a href="https://
