Your Privacy Choices
Pointify Travel Technologies LLC ("Pointify") complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and with the comparable consumer-privacy laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other U.S. states. This page summarizes your rights and how to exercise them.

We do not sell or share your personal information
Pointify does not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA. We do not exchange your data for monetary or other valuable consideration with third parties, and we do not share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We only disclose your personal information to (1) booking partners (airlines, hotels, and Duffel) when you choose to complete a booking, (2) service providers acting on our behalf under contract (analytics, error monitoring, customer support tools), and (3) when required by law. None of these constitute a "sale" or "share" under California law.
Your rights
Right to know
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, the categories of data we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose to.
Right to delete
You can ask us to delete the personal information we have collected from you. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. fraud prevention, tax records, completed bookings).
Right to correct
You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to data portability
You can request your personal information in a structured, commonly-used, machine-readable format.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
Pointify does not use sensitive personal information (e.g. precise geolocation, government IDs collected for booking) for any purpose other than the one for which you provided it. There is no separate opt-out to exercise.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights
The fastest way is from inside your Pointify account — the in-app privacy console handles access, correction, and deletion in one click. You can also email us if you don't have an account.
We respond within 45 days of a verifiable request, with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request — typically by confirming you control the email address on your Pointify account.
Authorized agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on their behalf. We require the agent's written authorization (signed by the consumer) plus verification of the consumer's identity, and we may contact the consumer directly to confirm. Agents may submit requests to [email protected].
Children
Pointify does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not market our services to minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
