LifeMiles availability + booking error — has anyone actually gotten Avianca to fix one?

Found an itinerary on LifeMiles (UIO -> AKL) that showed available award space. I went through the booking process, got all the way to the final confirmation/payment stage, and then the booking failed with an error. The frustrating part is that the itinerary was repeatedly showing as available in LifeMiles, while the actual booking couldn't be completed. The availability has also appeared/disappeared/reappeared, so I'm fairly confident this isn
