With Qatar, can I book JFK–DOH in J + DOH–xxx in Y on one ticket on its lowest pricing?

Sorry to be vague on the second city pair so as to avoid this flight from being booked. On Qatar's own website, if I were to book these flights separately, the cost is relatively low: JFK-DOH: 70k in J DOH-xxx: 30k in Y But if I were to straight up search for JFK-xxx, the flight jumps to 170k for mixed class for the exact same flight above on a single ticket! Is it at all possible to get this ticket for 100k
