Flying to Jakarta just to fly Qsuite. Am I crazy?

Wrapping up a trip through SE Asia. Flying home to YVR from Bangkok, economy would run about $1k CDN, premium economy around $1,400. I wasn't thrilled with the flight paths or layover times on either option — but then I found a Qsuite flash sale on the Jakarta–Doha–Seattle route for $2,400. So now the plan is: head to Jakarta and hang out for four nights, fly Qsuite to Seattle, spend a night at the airport Marriott, then grab a cheap flight to Vancouv
