Uber vs Lyft for work rides - am I missing something?

I use Uber/Lyft pretty frequently for reimbursed work rides and I’m trying to figure out which ecosystem is actually better. Uber gives me around 5–6% cashback and can link to Marriott/Delta. Lyft gives 8% cashback and can link to United/Alaska/Hyatt. Marriott points from Uber don’t seem that meaningful to me since I already earn far more from hotel stays.
