Sign up with email or Google — no business verification, no SSO config, no IT involvement. Linked loyalty accounts (airlines, hotels, banks) stay private to you. You get the full search, deal alerts, and one-tap booking the way an individual user would.

Points-or-cash optimizer

Every search compares paying cash, redeeming each linked program at the current best transfer ratio, and any pending transfer-bonus promotions. The optimizer flags when a cash booking is the smarter call so you don't burn miles when they're worth less than face value.

Standard subscription pricing

Same Pointify Free / Pro tiers as a regular user — no minimums, no commitments, no surprise invoice. Upgrade from Free to Pro when you start chasing mistake fares or want unlimited deal alerts.

Email support

Single shared inbox at help@pointifytravels.com, ~24h response on weekdays. Pro subscribers get a 12h SLA. Best for "the airline confirmation didn't arrive" or "did this mistake fare ticket actually clear" tickets.

Centralized billing

One Stripe-issued invoice per calendar month, ACH or card. Every booking made by anyone on the team rolls up under your corporate account number — no more chasing employees for receipts. The 5% discount lands as a single line item at the bottom of the invoice.

Policy engine

Set rules once: max cabin (e.g. economy on flights under 5h, premium econ over), max nightly hotel rate, per-trip cap, blackout airlines or cities. Employees see the rule in-line on the booking page; out-of-policy bookings are blocked or routed to a manager (your pick).

Reporting (CSV export)

Pull a CSV of every booking, refund, change fee, and policy violation for any month or quarter. Columns include traveler, route, cabin, vendor, base fare, taxes, our discount, and whether the booking was points or cash. Drops straight into Excel / Google Sheets / your existing T&E system.

You keep the centralized billing, policy engine, and CSV reporting from the Team tier. Discount jumps from 5% to 10% the moment you cross 50 bookings in a calendar month, applied retroactively to every booking in that month.

Priority email + in-app chat

4-hour SLA on weekdays, in-app chat (during US business hours, Pacific) with a real Pointify operator — not a bot. Common asks: forced fare-rule re-issue when a partner's API hangs, refund-status pings, urgent re-routing during weather events.

CSV / PDF expense exports

Native exports formatted for NetSuite (CSV with GL account columns pre-mapped), QuickBooks (IIF or CSV), and Expensify (per-traveler PDF receipts plus a single corporate CSV). One-click export per month or per quarter; no manual reformatting.

Custom approval flows

Design your approval graph: every booking over $500 needs the manager, every premium-cabin booking needs both the manager and finance, contractors need a finance sign-off regardless of amount. Approvers get an in-app + email notification with a one-click approve/decline; declined bookings auto-cancel within Duffel's free-cancel window.

API access

REST + webhook access to the booking, search, and reporting surfaces. Build your own internal travel portal on top of Pointify, sync bookings into your data warehouse in real-time, or feed our deal-engine output into your own Slack/Teams notifications. OpenAPI spec + an SDK for Python / Node / Go.

SSO / SAML

SAML 2.0 (Okta, Azure AD / Entra, OneLogin, Google Workspace, JumpCloud) and OIDC supported. SCIM provisioning so HR offboarding revokes booking access automatically. Just-in-time policy assignment by AD group (engineering ↔ economy-only, exec ↔ business+ unrestricted).

Custom contracts + redlines

MSA, DPA, MNDA — your paper or ours. We accept redlines, run them through legal in 5 business days, and keep a version-tracked record. Most-favored-nation pricing clauses available; standard liability cap negotiable per Fortune-class deals.

Volume discounts beyond 10%

At 250/mo bookings the discount steps to 12%, at 500/mo to 14%, custom beyond. Annual commitments unlock a further 1–2 points. We'll model the breakeven against your historical volume during the intro call so the contract reflects realistic, not aspirational, pricing.

Things finance teams ask first

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No. The Team and Business tiers are free to join — your volume discount kicks in automatically once you cross the threshold for that tier in a given month. Enterprise customers get a custom contract for SSO/SAML and the dedicated account manager.

How is "monthly bookings" counted?

A booking is any flight, hotel, car, or cruise reservation paid through your corporate account in a calendar month. Cancellations within 24 hours don't count against the total; rebookings do.

Do volume discounts apply retroactively?

Yes. If you cross from Team to Business in the middle of a month, the additional 5% applies to every booking made that month, not just the ones after the threshold.

Can my employees still earn personal points?

Yes — corporate billing handles the cash side, but loyalty numbers are still attached to each booking, so each employee earns their own miles + status credits as they always would.

How do you handle policy enforcement?

You set the rules once (cabin caps, per-trip $ limits, approved airlines / hotels) and the booking flow shows employees an in-line warning when they're about to violate policy, with one-click "submit for approval" if your tier supports approvals.

Where does the data live?

Booking data lives in your corporate Pointify account; we store the minimum necessary (passenger name, itinerary, total) and zero PII beyond what the airline already requires for ticketing. SOC 2 Type II in progress.
