Singapore Airlines award availability shows 154,000 miles, but I can’t select it?

I’m searching for Singapore Airlines Business Class award tickets from LAX to SGN. On the date calendar, May 31 shows availability from 154,000 miles , while the surrounding dates show 230,000 miles. However, when I select May 31 and look at the available flights, the lowest option I can actually select is 230,000 miles . I don’t see any 154,000-mile option at all. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this phantom
