JAL - Keep 2x J or 1 F & 1 J?

Hi everyone. Yesterday, I booked 2× J on JAL from NRT → ORD for myself and my father at 80k AA miles each (post-devaluation). Both seats are on the same flight. However, I already had a separate JAL F award booked for myself at 80k miles from before the devaluation (it's now 100k AA miles). That flight departs from HND about 3 hours later. If I keep the F ticket: My father and I would be on separate flights (this is no issue).
