With the Chase-Hyatt devaluation approaching on October 1, should I transfer 300K to Hyatt or just wait it out?

I would like some guidance from the experts on what to do with my Chase UR points. I don't hold the Reserve, so I'm contemplating in sending most of my UR points to Hyatt before October 1 to avoid the 4:3 devaluation. What would you do in my situation? I am not a heavy user of Hyatt points (no status), but I use them a few times a year. I still have 200K, so I'm a bit hesitant in transferring 300K. I probably use about 50-60K per year on
