How do I book a flight?

Once you find a fare you like, click "Book" to proceed. Depending on the fare type, you will either be directed to the airline website (affiliate booking) or we can complete the booking for you.

Points prices are sourced in real-time from award availability APIs and updated frequently. Availability can change quickly, so we recommend booking promptly when you find a good deal.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe integration. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

How does the subscription work?

You can subscribe to Pointify Pro on a monthly ($9.99/mo) or yearly ($79.99/yr) plan. You can cancel anytime. The subscription unlocks premium features like fare prediction, the book-for-you agent, and unlimited alerts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings in your account and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel anytime and will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see for Pointify Pro is what you pay. For flight bookings, airline-imposed taxes, fees, and surcharges are always clearly shown before you confirm.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

What browsers does Pointify support?

Pointify works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. Mobile browsers on iOS and Android are also fully supported.

How do I connect my loyalty accounts securely?
