When you have a tight international connection, are traveling with children or elderly parents, or are arriving in a country where the immigration line can take 90+ minutes (Frankfurt, Mexico City, Mumbai, etc.). A greeter meets you at the jet bridge, walks you through a priority immigration lane, and escorts you to your lounge, gate, or car.

Every partner we route to (Kiwitaxi, Blacklane, AirportConcierge) tracks your flight automatically and adjusts the pickup time. The free wait window varies: Kiwitaxi includes 60 minutes at airports, Blacklane includes 60 minutes for international and 15 for domestic, AirportConcierge starts the clock the moment your flight lands.

Standard and VIP fares cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup. Black-car cancels free up to 1 hour before pickup. Inside those windows the partner charges the full fare. No-shows are non-refundable on every tier — that's why flight tracking is included by default.

No. The fare you see at checkout is the fare you pay. Wait time only kicks in past the free window (60 min at airports, 15 min at addresses on luxury). Some partners charge a small night surcharge between 22:00 and 06:00 in specific cities — that's included in the upfront price, never added after.

Tipping isn't included on standard or luxury — it's optional and customary in the US (15–20%). On VIP meet-and-greet packages, tip is included for the greeter; tipping the porter who handles your bags is appreciated but not required.

Yes — child seats are $10–25 per seat depending on partner; book at least 24 hours ahead so the partner can pre-stage one. Oversized luggage (skis, surfboards, golf bags, instruments) is free on luxury and VIP, and has a small surcharge on standard. Add a note at checkout.

Black-car (Blacklane) supports up to 3 stops on a hourly booking. Kiwitaxi standard transfers are point-to-point only. VIP meet-and-greet is single-airport — book a separate transfer if you need to move between locations.

Standard and luxury: your driver waits in arrivals holding a sign with your name (or the name you typed at checkout). VIP: your greeter meets you at the jet bridge — the moment you exit the aircraft. You'll get a phone number and meeting-point details by SMS the morning of pickup.
